2027 Town Calendar Photo Submissions

Help Us Fill the 2027 Town Calendar!

The Town of Chesapeake Beach calendar is a time-honored tradition that residents look forward to each year. And we want YOU to help fill the pages!

We're inviting residents to share their favorite photos of Chesapeake Beach for a chance to be featured in next year's calendar. Photographers may submit as many entries as they'd like.

Photo Guidelines:

To give your photos the best chance of being selected, please keep the following in mind:

Name your photo before uploading it using this format: Date.Location.Last Name (Example: 09.04.2026.KellamsField.B.Wahl)
Photos must be taken within the Town of Chesapeake Beach.
Horizontal (landscape) photos only - Vertical (portrait) photos will not be considered.
Photos should be in-focus, high-quality, and suitable for print.
Photos showcasing scenery, parks, waterfront views, wildlife, landmarks, and everyday community life are encouraged. Please avoid photos that are primarily individual portraits.
Upload up to 3 photos per submission. Additional forms may be submitted, no limit on total photo submission.

Submission Dates: Friday, September 4 - Friday, September 25, 2026

Photo Use:

By submitting a photo, you confirm that you are the photographer or have the right to submit the photo, and you grant the Town of Chesapeake Beach a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display the submitted photo for Town purposes, including the calendar, website, social media, publications, and other promotional materials. Submitted photos may also be retained in the Town's photo gallery for future Town use.

The Town will provide photographer credit whenever and wherever reasonable, but credit cannot be guaranteed for every use.

By submitting a photo, you confirm that you have obtained any necessary permissions from identifiable people appearing in the photograph and that the submission does not knowingly infringe upon the rights of any third party.
